Refund Policy

General policy

Because our products are digital files that can be downloaded and copied immediately, all sales are generally final. Once files have been downloaded or accessed, refunds are not issued except in the specific situations described in this policy.

Eligibility for refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• You request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and have not downloaded or accessed the files
• The file is defective or will not open, and we cannot provide a working replacement
• The product is materially different from its description on our website
• You did not receive your download, and we are unable to deliver it
• Duplicate or accidental payments for the same product

In these cases, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The files have been downloaded or accessed, and the product works as described
• Change of mind after purchase
• You purchased the wrong product or format by mistake after accessing the files
• Your software does not support the product's listed requirements (for example, an outdated version of the required editing software)
• Issues caused by changes you made to the file's contents or structure
• The product does not meet expectations that go beyond its description

Support instead of refunds

If something isn't working, contact us first. In most cases we can fix the problem quickly.

• We will help you open and set up your template
• We will replace files that are corrupted or missing
• We will correct errors in the template itself at no extra cost
• Please describe the issue clearly and include screenshots where possible

Bundles

Bundles are sold as a single product. Refunds for individual mockups within a bundle are not available once the bundle has been downloaded or accessed.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with Stripe, PayPal, or your bank, you agree to contact us directly.

We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in loss of access to purchased files and future purchases.

Processing refunds

If a refund is approved:

• It will be issued through the original payment method
• Processing may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your provider
• Access to the refunded product and any right to use it will end

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
